High skill-ceiling platformer that starts out easy and steadily ramps up. Controls are a bit slippery which can take some getting used to, but will be enjoyed by fans of competitive speed platforming.
The first and likely last masterpiece by Phil Fish. The amount of attention to detail and care that went into this game is crazy. A simple mechanic well explored and executed - a must play.
An innovative and unique take on turnbased strategy with tonnes of replayability. Great soundtrack and decent narrative.
A classic modern and hugely influential roguelike which will make you love/hate RNG like almost no other. Strikes a great balance of simplicity and underlying complexity. Almost certainly a classic.
Short, slow and memorable; Gone Home is somewhat overhyped, but important and well designed regardless. Best to go in absolutely blind.
An interesting & dynamic adventure. Short and cryptic, it leans more into interactive horror storytelling than depth of gameplay; it’s an interesting premise, but a bit anticlimactic and forgettable.
Potentially one of the most bizarre and funny games you will ever play. I wish there were more short, surreal braindump games like this.
A masterclass in narrative point and click adventure/exploration. KRZ is dripping in mood and aesthetic, but doesn’t sacrifice its core design which is truly captivating and thought provoking.
