Platform: Oculus Quest

It’s that game you wheel out (after Beat Saber) when you’re demoing VR for someone who’s never tried it. Does what it needs to do.

A frightfully creative and talented use of VR, which wouldn’t be half as good on traditional platforms. This is a really, really impressive experience and arguably a VR must play.

Slick, responsive and addictive - an absolute must-have for VR. Check out BeastSaber for mods, namely custom songs.

Very clunky UI and a bit slapped together overall, but still very fun, helped hugely by having multiplayer. As you’d expect, takes a bit of getting used to, but worth a go.

VR essential. Incredibly addictive. I love everything about this: the mechanic, the sound, the art style - fucking cool.

Probably one of the most Internet™ things ever. Pretty well made, but expectedly obnoxious and tiresome at times.

Simple but ingenious concept which will either highlight the strength in you & your partners communication, or potentially start an argument. Either way, hilarious couch/party game.

A fitting and challenging musically violent rhythm game with gorgeous visual styling from one half of band Lightning Bolt & friends.
